For more than 30 years, TALQ has been a strong and vocal advocate for Quebec’s English-speaking community. Through dialogue, advocacy, and community connection, we champion rights, spark meaningful conversations, and build a stronger, more inclusive Quebec where every voice matters.

Advocacy

TALQ amplifies the voices of english-speaking quebecers… all 1.3 million of them!

We believe in the power of conversation to build bridges and effect meaningful change.

Advocating for rights.
Empowering communities.

Community Engagement

We speak up, speak for, and speak to. We hold town halls, conduct surveys, and organize speaking events, all to foster conversation amongst and between the English and French-speaking communities to successfully turn everyday concerns into collective action.

Justice and Policy

We take a stand on issues like Bill 96, language rights, and equitable access to services, ensuring English-speaking Quebecers aren’t left behind.

Government Relations

TALQ engages with policymakers, presents at public commissions, and ensures the community’s voice is represented when important policy decisions are being made.
